However, product color, texture, and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric batches, material differences, or manufacturing variation.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking product descriptions, sizes, measurements, colors, materials, and specifications before placing an order.
AlFaleej Furniture processes orders according to the product details shown in the product description and the confirmed order details.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted for complaints related to size, measurement, space fit, color expectation, or specification misunderstanding if the product matches the details mentioned in the product description or confirmed order.
3. Orders
When you place an order, your order is received by AlFaleej Furniture for review and processing.
We reserve the right to contact you to confirm your mobile number, delivery location, product details, payment status, and any other required order information before processing or delivery scheduling.
We may cancel or reject an order if:
• Payment is not completed or verified;
• Customer information is incomplete or incorrect;
• The product is unavailable;
• The delivery location cannot be serviced;
• The order appears suspicious, fake, or unverifiable;
• There is a pricing, stock, or product information error;
• The customer does not respond to confirmation requests.
If we cancel an order before processing due to product unavailability or an issue caused by AlFaleej Furniture, any eligible paid amount will be refunded.
4. Prices and Availability
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals unless stated otherwise.
Prices, offers, discounts, delivery charges, and product availability may change without prior notice.
A product being displayed on the website does not guarantee that it is available at all times. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to offer an alternative, revised timeline, or cancellation where applicable.
5. Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include online payment, bank transfer, Cash on Delivery with advance payment, showroom cash payment, or other payment methods shown at checkout.
Orders are processed only after the required payment is received and verified.
For bank transfer payments, customers must transfer the required amount and send the payment receipt when requested. The order will be processed after payment verification.

6. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery is available with a 75% advance payment before processing or delivery scheduling.
The remaining 25% can be paid at delivery.
For COD orders, our team may contact the customer to confirm the mobile number, delivery location, and advance payment receipt before processing the order.
If the required advance payment is not received or the customer does not respond to confirmation requests, the order may be cancelled.
7. Advance Payments
Advance payments are required for certain orders, including COD orders, custom orders, large furniture items, or any order where confirmation is required before processing.
Advance payments are non-refundable once order processing, production, customization, procurement, reservation, or delivery scheduling has started, unless the item is unavailable or the order is cancelled by AlFaleej Furniture.
8. Custom, Made-to-Order, and Modified Items
Custom-made, made-to-order, modified, specially requested, or personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once processing or production has started, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Customers must confirm all measurements, materials, colors, and specifications before placing or confirming such orders.
9. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, delivery location, customer availability, traffic, logistics conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number, and location details.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the furniture can safely fit through building entrances, elevators, staircases, corridors, doors, and the intended room space.
AlFaleej Furniture is not responsible for delivery failure, extra handling, or return costs caused by incorrect address details, unreachable customer, restricted building access, narrow entrances, unavailable elevators, customer absence, or incorrect space measurements.
If delivery fails due to customer-side issues, additional delivery, pickup, storage, or handling charges may apply.
10. Installation and Handling
If installation or assembly is provided, it will be done according to the product type and agreed service scope.
Customers must ensure the delivery/installation area is ready and accessible.
AlFaleej Furniture is not responsible for damage caused by customer-side movement, misuse, improper handling, reinstallation, self-assembly, third-party installation, or movement of the product after delivery.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
If an item is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
After review, AlFaleej Furniture may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.
For eligible ready-made items, return requests must be made within the applicable legal period, and the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered.
Delivery, pickup, installation, and handling charges may be deducted where applicable, unless the issue was caused by AlFaleej Furniture.
12. Change of Mind
Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted for custom-made, made-to-order, modified, specially requested, assembled, installed, used, or damaged items.
For ready-made items that may be eligible under applicable law, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered.
13. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.
Cancellation may not be accepted once order processing, production, customization, procurement, reservation, or delivery scheduling has started.
If a cancellation is approved, any refund will be processed after deducting applicable delivery, handling, payment processing, or other costs where applicable.
14. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, the customer agrees to:
• Provide accurate contact and delivery information;
• Check product size, specifications, color, and material before ordering;
• Ensure the product fits the intended space;
• Ensure delivery access is suitable;
• Respond to confirmation calls, emails, or messages;
• Complete payment or advance payment where required;
• Inspect the product at delivery where possible;
• Report any damage, defect, or incorrect item within the required time.
15. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, copy website content without permission, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Any disputes shall be handled according to the applicable laws and competent authorities in Saudi Arabia.
