1. Delivery Areas
AlFaleej Furniture provides delivery for eligible orders within serviceable locations in Saudi Arabia.
Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s location, product type, order size, and delivery requirements.
If your location is outside our regular delivery area, our team may contact you to confirm whether delivery is possible and whether any additional delivery charges apply.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery will be scheduled after order confirmation, required payment verification, and product availability confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery orders, delivery scheduling will begin after the required 75% advance payment is received and verified.
For Bank Transfer orders, delivery scheduling will begin after payment is received and verified.
Delivery timing may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, order volume, traffic, customer availability, building access, and other circumstances outside our control.
3. Delivery Scheduling
Our team may contact the customer by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm the delivery location, mobile number, and suitable delivery time.
Customers must be available at the confirmed delivery time.
If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or requests rescheduling after the delivery team has been dispatched, additional delivery or handling charges may apply.
4. Delivery Address and Location
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including:
• Full name
• Mobile number
• Complete address
• Google Maps location or location pin, where required
• Building number, apartment number, floor number, and any access instructions
AlFaleej Furniture is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address details.
5. Access, Space, and Building Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered furniture can safely fit through all required access points, including building entrances, doors, elevators, staircases, corridors, and the intended room space.
Customers must check product dimensions and specifications before placing an order.
AlFaleej Furniture is not responsible for delivery failure, extra handling, return costs, damage risk, or cancellation requests caused by narrow entrances, unavailable elevators, restricted building access, incorrect measurements, or insufficient space at the delivery location.
If special handling, additional labor, staircase carrying, or re-delivery is required, extra charges may apply.
6. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, the customer must notify AlFaleej Furniture within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
7. Installation and Assembly
Installation or assembly may be provided where applicable, depending on the product and agreed service scope.
Customers must ensure that the installation area is ready, accessible, and clear before delivery.
AlFaleej Furniture is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by the area not being ready for delivery or installation.
Damage caused after delivery due to customer-side movement, misuse, reinstallation, third-party installation, or improper handling is not covered.
8. Failed Delivery
A delivery may be considered failed if:
• The customer is unavailable at the scheduled time
• The customer cannot be reached
• The address or location is incorrect
• Access to the building or unit is restricted
• The item cannot fit through the available access points
• The customer refuses delivery without a valid issue
• Payment due at delivery is not completed
In such cases, additional delivery, pickup, storage, handling, or cancellation charges may apply.
9. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team before delivery.
Additional charges may apply for locations outside regular service areas, special handling, re-delivery, staircase carrying, large items, or difficult access conditions.
Delivery, pickup, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by AlFaleej Furniture.
10. Delays
We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeline, but delays may occur due to product availability, logistics, traffic, weather, supplier delays, customer availability, or circumstances outside our control.
AlFaleej Furniture is not liable for indirect losses, inconvenience, or compensation caused by delivery delays.
