Refund policy
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
After review, AlFaleej Furniture may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.
2. Product Size and Specifications
Product dimensions, sizes, materials, colors, and other specifications are mentioned in the product description wherever applicable.
Customers are requested to carefully check all product details, sizes, measurements, and specifications before placing an order.
AlFaleej Furniture prepares and processes orders according to the specifications mentioned in the product description and confirmed order details.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted for issues related to size, measurement, space fit, color expectation, or specification misunderstanding if the product matches the details mentioned in the description.
3. Custom / Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made, made-to-order, modified, or specially requested items cannot be returned or cancelled once processing or production has started, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
4. Item Condition
For any approved return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered.
Damage caused after delivery, misuse, incorrect handling, or customer-side installation issues are not covered.
5. Delivery, Pickup, and Installation Charges
Delivery, pickup, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by AlFaleej Furniture.
6. Advance Payments
Advance payments are non-refundable once order processing, production, customization, or delivery scheduling has started, unless the item is unavailable or the order is cancelled by AlFaleej Furniture.
7. Change of Mind
Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted for custom-made, made-to-order, modified, specially requested, assembled, installed, used, or damaged items.
For eligible ready-made items, return requests must be made within the applicable legal period, and the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered. Delivery, pickup, installation, and handling charges may be deducted where applicable.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds, if approved, will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
The refund method and timeline may depend on the original payment method and bank/payment provider processing time.
